Franklin was a part of the White House Internship Program at The White House during Winter 2026.
Briefly explain what you did and the result of your internship.
During my internship, I supported the office in a variety of tasks including sorting, reviewing, and assisting in official responses to constituent correspondence, ensuring alignment with White House messaging. I also reviewed and coordinated responses to thousands of emails, letters, calls and other requests for correspondence and assistance from the American public. As a result, I gained a better understanding of how communication between the government and the public works, while helping ensure that responses were accurate, consistent, and aligned with official messaging.
