SALAD - Steak Salad: grilled tri-tip steak, pickled red onions, grilled zucchini, roasted cherry tomatoes, chimichurri dressing, & mixed greens

SANDWICH - Bahn Mi: marinated and roasted pork loin, siracha mayo, pickled carrots and cucumbers, and cilantro on an artisan hoagie roll, served with a bag of chips
