ENTREE - Bruschetta Chicken - hand breaded and pan fried chicken breast served with diced tomatoes, basil, and balsamic glaze on top. Funeral potatoes and green beans on the side

SALAD - Greek Salad - grilled chicken breast, roasted red pepper, cucumbers, and toasted chickpeas over a bed of mixed greens, with red wine vinaigrette

SANDWICH - Ham and Meunster - thin shaved ham, meunster cheese, mixed greens, honey mustard mayo, and sliced tomatoes on a pretzel bun. Served with a bag of chips
